Answers to what usually comes next.

Can callers keep their place in the queue if they hang up?
Yes — that is what callback-in-queue does. Past the wait threshold you set, the caller is offered the option, and if they take it the queue keeps their position and calls them back when an agent is genuinely free rather than immediately dumping them into another wait.
How does blending decide when to pull agents off outbound?
Queue depth against a threshold you configure. Cross it and eligible outbound agents are moved to inbound; drop back below it and they return to their campaign. Eligibility is per agent, so specialists you never want pulled off their own work simply are not eligible.
Can we route by language?
Language is a skill like any other, weighted per agent. A queue can require it outright or prefer it, falling back to any available agent after a delay you set rather than holding the caller indefinitely for a perfect match.
What happens outside business hours?
Business-hours and holiday rules route the call where you decide — a closed message, a different queue, an out-of-hours number, or voicemail. Voicemail is transcribed and returned to the queue as work with an owner, so it is not a mailbox nobody opens.
Do inbound and outbound share the same reports?
Agent time is reported across both, split so you can see how much of the day went to each. Queue metrics and campaign metrics stay separate, because service level and connect rate are not the same question.
